This protocol is a parallel version of the Prepare Ligands protocol. It uses the same approach for parallelization (coarse-grained parallelization) that is used by other protocols such as Diverse Conformation Generation, Screen Library etc. In addition, this protocol retrieves and compresses output files >2GB.
How to use:

(2) Open DS 2.1 client
(3) In the protocol explorer panel, right click at your
