I'm completely new to DS and wants to simulate a lipid bilayer membrane with Charmm for 100ns to check for its stability. Can anyone tell me the detailed protocol or webinar link. Although i tried with Help tutorial but faced error. I'm having license DS software in windows 10 workstation.
