Can anybody give me an explanation about the histogram (Ligand Count vs. Score Percentiles) that we can plot from a ligandfit run with selected scoring functions ? What is the meaning of "score percentiles" ? Is it calculated from the maximum value of a scoring function ?
When we have a histogram bar that corresponds to 4 ligands with 0%, what does it mean ?
