Hi,

I’m using DS 2025 and successfully created a 3D database using the "Create 3D Database" tool. However, when I try to search the generated database using the "Search 3D Database" tool, I encounter a system error with the message:
"Unable to upload fileC:\Users......."

Has anyone experienced this issue or knows how to resolve it?
