Dear BIOVIA Community,

I have a question regarding trajectory analysis.

I extended the simulation time of a molecular dynamics run by restarting the dynamics using the restart file (.rst) from the penultimate simulation, keeping the same initial conformation. In the end, I would like to analyze the full trajectory of the entire simulation, including all frames from all the dynamics runs.

However, when I load only the .ene and .dcd files from the last dynamics run, the analysis includes only the frames from this final run, and not from the previous ones.

How can I analyze all frames from all the dynamics runs together?
Is there a way to merge or concatenate all the trajectories so that they can be analyzed as a single continuous trajectory?
