1- some 3D-QSAR Pharmacophores were generated using Discovery Studio 4.5.Is there a way to export them to be searched using a cluster(highly power computer system) against large databases?
2- would you recommend a specific software to be used in this search because Discovery Studio is not available on the cluster computer system?
