I have done NVT implicit solvent simulation in Discovery Studio until now.

Is it possitlbe to do NPT Implicit solvent simulation?

Whenever I tried it,  the error

"CHARMm Simulation has failed. CHARMm simulation has  terminated abnormally. Please check 'charmm.log' for errors."

is occured.
