I'm using Discover Studio Visualizer 2.5.

Actually, I have a question about using this program.

I have calculated some enrgy between Molecules in system.

I need a parameter about distance, angle and I have to use those for calculating of energy coupling.

But also I want to get indices of each molecules with this data like this.


Example)

     molecule1 index         molecule 2  index         Distance             Angle1       Angle2

               365                             364                     10.45              125.67         34.81

This means that 'Molecule 1 and 2 has a distance 10.45 and angle between these molecules are 125.67 and 34.81'.

But, in DSV, each data can be gotten in exel but data with index is not allowed.

So, I want to know about method for this kind of data sorting.

Is DSV 2.5 can do it like this?
