I would like to evaluate pharmacophore model quality by GH(Goodness of Hit Lists).
But, I don't know how to determine whether a compound is active? How to choose the threshold, e.g., IC50<50nM or IC50<100nM?
Have any formula which can calculate active range of database? Could I define active range by myself?
