I am trying to simulate two molecular simulation approaches to low temperature plasma on biomolecules. One of these is quantum: I would like to know If it is possible to simulate reactive species like O*, OH* and H2O2 using quantum methods available on Discovery Studio.

Other perspective is a mesoscale simulate or coarse-grained to study the reactive species interacting with cell membrane. In the literature, I only found that it is possible to do using Gromos force field, available on GROMACS. And this forcefield are not available on Discovery Studio.

Is there other method applied on Discovery Studio? Other forcefield? If there is, what forcefield?
