   I am a student at Huzhong university of science and technology and am currently working on a project that is looking at using CHARMMm module within discovery studio for an molecular dynamics simulation. i want to make a simulation of a stripe protein 1BKV with alcohol molecules . Now i want to setup a radial harmonic potential activated by a cylindrical boundary 40 Å diam around protein to refused diffusion of alcohol molecules.But i just cannot find a protocal or an interface to fulfil that.I have tried it several times but just cannot get it. So, is there any solution that I could get out of this problem?
