Recently, I've collected 940  antibody sequences contain approved and under investigation, and want to use them in humanization.

Prepare Germline Source protocol need to input the V and J gene sequences of VH and VL-kappa/lambda, if I use annotate antibody protocol to identify the germline sequences which means I need to copy and paste them to a new file one by one (see attachment). So is there any shortcut to simply prepare germline source directly from the antibody sequence?
