Dear Sir/Madam,

How to export a pharmacophore for doing screening outside DS4. The .chm file generated after saving the interaction features does not seem to be in the correct format.

I tried using hypoedit.bat command for converting the file but still, it is not converted in a proper format. 

..../bin/hypoedit.bat" -dict \$CATALYST/conf/Dictionary.chm testin.chm testout.chm

Also, I noticed that many questions and threads in the DS community have been disabled and could not be opened to view the discussion, such as:

-Create a Chm file from hypoedit

-Is there a way to export pharmacophores from DS4.5
