I've generated some MD trajectories, and I want to use the PCA to analysis my MD trajectories. In DS, I found the protocol that called "Trajectory Principal Component Analysis". I use this to protocol and then generated three principal components of dsv files (see figure). However, I don't know how to use these file to plot PCA results (see example figure). Can someone from support tell me how to do it? Thanks!
