I have a PDB file with structure of the protein and the electron density map (CNX format map). I can open them separately, I can also open them in one 3D window (by doing 'Insert from') but the structure and the density map are not aligned to each other. There was an example in there. I have attached it here. Have a look to see what I am trying to do. Any help will be really appriciated.

PS - I also have Material Studio. I though of mentioning it because if the solution needs the use of Material Studio then I can use it.
