I am new in Discovery Studio and I cannot find a way to create a single chain by fusing two or more protein chains. I tried to link the termini with a single bond, but I cannot change the hierarchy of the molecule, neither remove the chain breaks. Also, when typing the molecule with CHARMm it gives an error (No matching template) for the old N-terminal residues, because the keep having the HN1 and HN2 residues. Can someone help?
