I am preparing a set of 5 million compounds (3D) in SDF format from ZINC20 database using PrepareLigands option under the small molecules module. I am able to use the input file which has only 50,000 compounds but I am not able to run the job when I have a bigger file with 5 million compounds. I tried to first import the file to the visualizer which was possible for 5 million compounds and then I tried to run the job using all option in the ligand input section. Again the ligand preparation job showed the same error for 5 million compounds as input (please see below). Could you please advise if there is a limit of file size or the number of molecules to be used as input in the PrepareLigand.
