Dynamics (Production Loop) generates multiple trajectories, useful for long simulations.
This protocol allows you to run multiple production simulations from a single protocol. Only the final stage's trajectory is returned in the dsv file, but CHARMm format dcd files are saved for all stages, and thus can be viewed or processed. The protocol itself is implemented using a Pipeline Pilot loop. Loops are a good solution for a protocol that requires an large number of passes through the pipe for each input structure.
