Hi,

I want to align one protein sequence with one protein structure in DS 2.1 (Align Sequence with Structure Protocol), I have tried following the Help description for the Protocol but I can not make a structure alignment (Input Structure Alignment) and I can not enter a structure in the Input Structures Alignment/Protein Structures sub-tab. I have also tried to Sequence/Link Sequence to Structure in an open Sequence window but can not do it because the in the Link Sequence and Structure pop-up window the place to enter the Structure can not be selected. Any suggestions?
