Hi, all. I know that the Discovery Studio software cannot process docking multiple ligands with the receptor at the same time. What I want to know is, can I dock the ligand into the receptor complex (the complex with original ligand or docked ligand), and do these ligands have steric effects or volume crash? Thank you.
