I have problem in selecting the receptor molecule. Whenever I select any atom, it complains that the receptor has incomplete valence atoms and it could affect the calculation. I actually do not know the purpose of valence monitor. I tried to work with the valence monitor but the help section does not have enough explanations for that. I would be thankful if anyone could explain the problem and give possible solution.
