Dear all,

For Docking (LigandFit) - Minimization Algorithm, by default is do not minimize.

So does that mean the conformers produced after LigandFit is NOT yet undergo energy minimization ?

In Help : "Each of the minimization methods available in CHARMm, together with implementation considerations". so does that mean if i performed Forcefield application of CHARm. I do not ned to undergo minimization again? or should i ?
