Dear All,

I am trying to simulate a film of ssDNA attached by one of the ends to a surface. This is a biosensor surface. However, I am very new in this kind of tools. So any easy tutorial would be great for me. A key point is how to creat a 2D periodic "crystal" of ssDNA.

Any help would be great!!!
