The problem I'm having is from Dynamics (production) under the DS 2.1 Simulation protocol. After applying minimization, heating and equilibration I proceeded with the production phase. I specified 100,000 number of steps and i got the output file.Then I need to continue another run of 100,000 steps using the output molecule from the same production run, and so on (until I achieve my target total simulation time: 2ns to 10 ns). But whenever I do this, DS stops working and closes down. I'm using 2xQuad Core Intel (R) Xeon (R) processor, 8GB RAM, on windows vista business.
