Hope you are all doing well. I am part of a research group from UNSW, Sydney, Australia and we have a perpetual license for discovery studio. However, I have been informed the way it works is we get a code that lasts a few years and then we need a new license code to continue. Our current code expired last month and I am trying to figure out a way to get a new code, I can't find any support contacts and have been redirected here from who I could email. I would appreciate any help and/or advice with getting this sorted especially if anyone has support contacts within Australia, we have been trying to fix this for several weeks now with no luck.
