I am trying to create a model of the 3D structure of a protein using Discovery Studio. The PDB file of my template gives a monomeric structure of this protein. However, I want to create a dimeric model. That's why I created the dimeric structure using the "Structure" > "Superimpose" > "Apply Transformation Matrix" command. In order to optimize the 3D structure of my model, I requested to take into account water molecules, but creating this model resulted in an error message. I tried to fix the structure file of my dimeric template but nothing works. Can you help me please? In attachment, the file of the creation of this model is available.
