This protocol uses CSV (Comma-Separated) Files as input to generate QSAR or QSPR model or models using Genetic Function Approximation (GFA) algorithm.
NOTE: This protocol is compatible with Discovery Studio 2.0 (and 2.0.1 update) with PipelinePilot Server ver 6.1.5 as well as Discovery Studio 2.1 with PP Server ver 6.1.6.
How to use:
(1) Download the attachment.
(2) Open DS2.0 or DS 2.1 client
