Question:1

I have switched from Insight II to DS 2.1.I would like to know that how to analyze the secondary structural elements using simulation trajectory files(.msv).I am able to get secondary structural information from each conformation but I could not able to compute secondary structure as a function of time.

Question:2

I can covert from one trajectory .msv file to PDB file but I am not able to covert bulk trajectory .msv files to PDB files.For example, in my case, I have 2000 conformations in single trajectory file(.msv),I wish to convert them into 2000 PDB files.

Please help me.
