Colour the secondary structures of a protein in rainbow colours

Hi all,

Here  is a simple script that will gradually colour each consecutive  secondary structure of each molecule in your molecule window from red to  blue.

This  is a convenient and nice way to represent a protein: one can roughly  locate the position of the secondary structure in the sequence of the  protein by its colour, with a distinction between the secondary  structures.

Besides,  the simple subroutine used to give the RGB code along the spectra for a  number between 0 and 1 can be copied and used in other scripts of your  own.

Cheers,

Thomas
