PURPOSE: Change color of certain atoms (all carbons by default) differently for each chain.

Unlike some other posted varients in this script colors are predefined in anthis array to maximize contrast and visibility, and avoid conflicts with common element colors.

USE: No selections required currently operates only on the first molecule loaded.

REQUIREMENTS: DS 2.5 or later, an open 3D window with structure loaded containing chains

1) could be extended to work on either a selected molecule, or if none are selected then work on all molecules. An exersize to the reader.
