One method to find exactly which atoms and interactions are contributing to high energies is to color each atom based on the force it experiences. This protocol does an energy calculation that saves the forces on each atom. Discovery Studio reads this into the Isotropic Displacement property which the protocol then used to color atoms for the output msv file. A threshhold parameter is provided that allows customization of the color scale.
