I have some doubt in -CDOCKER energy and -CDOCKER interaction energy.

1. which energy should be used either -CDOCKER energy or -CDOCKER interaction energy for scoring purpose.

2. How much energy differences permitted, means If i have found in one case 20.76 for -CDOCKER energy and 39.79 for -CDOCKER interaction energy and in another case 0.968 for -CDOCKER energy and 39.62 for -CDOCKER interaction energy, what could be interpreted.
