The following script measures the X, Y and Z extents of a molecule. It returns the X, Y and Z Min and Max values as well has the difference between each Min and Max or the length of X, Y and Z. This script will be useful to determine what value to enter as the "Radius of Sphere" when running the Simulation | Solvation protocol if the purpose is to create a solvent sphere which encloses the solute molecule.
