Hi guys,
I met a very strange problem. I always got "0 pose" when using the Flexible Docking protocol. I'm sure I set everying correct but I kept getting "0 pose". I even tried the tutorial of the Flexible Docking, but I got the very same result. Firstly, I thought this was because the fail of the ChiFlex since I could not generate the multple conformation of the receptor, however, I found I even could not get the docking poses with the pre-generated receptor conformations (provided with your tutorial). Anybody can help me out? I've stuck in this problem for several days...I am going to be mad already!!!

P.S. I am using WIN DS2.1, and I've installed the PATCH...
