Dear all, i was wondering if TOPKAT is suitable to run predictions of metabolism and toxicity for nucleic acid based molecules (including, for instance, miRNAs). I'm not sure it has been trained on such type of chemicals. You are also welcome to suggest alternative softwares/modules that are more suitable for running predictions on nucleic acids.
