Hi I am trying to generate 3D database.

I used 1406 prepared ligands (.sd format) to build a 3D database (FAST, 100 conformations). After job completion I found there are only 602 ligands in the generated database. I do not understand this. I thought the database should have all 1406 ligands. Can anyone explain?
