Hello

I am using Dicovery Studio Visualizer 3.0 to visualize a protein ligand docking complex by 2D diagram.The diagram is showing the ligand in trans conformation whereas the stable conformation for the ligand is cis conformation the 3D diagram using Discovery Studion visualizer and other visualizer program is giving cis conformation of the ligand.Please help me to sort out this problem. Thank You
