One year ago, my scientific club, acquired a license to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, and now we have decided to fully convert to its services. Unfortunately, we encountered a problem with the addition of our new members, who after joining the platform, got an error which states: "You have not been invited to the platform, Please ask the platform Administrator for an invitation". Sadly, we do not possess any contact information to a platform administrator, nor anyone we could write to. 

I would like to ask for assistance in reaching a platform administrator, or the information on how to acquire an administrator status, if that is possible.
