Hi all. I’m new to the 3DExperience platform and I just received access for FIRST Tech Challenge through the 3Ds challenge sponsorship program. Because of this, my dashboard was set up for me with the apps I need for my competition, however, I’m having trouble getting XDesign to load, it gives me error messages saying: connection failed, contact support and that I need to create a new collaborative space which I can’t seem to do either. Is there a way to create a new collaborative space without the administrator role? After the errors appear, the app perpetually “loads” and never finishes initializing. I’ve attached a screenshot of my error, any help would be much appreciated.
