I am a student at TU Wien and I am trying to access CATIA Magic / No Magic for Education through my university account. But, after logging in, I receive the following message: “We did not find any Supported Software for this site. GPCHK001.”
My account seems to exist, but it does not appear to be linked to the required academic software entitlement.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
