I just got a new computer and I'm trying to install CATIA on my new device. Every time I click the download button on my Order Confirmation e-mail from 3DSAcademy.team@3ds.com, I get the following error:

How do I install my still active copy of CATIA V5?
Also. Will I be able to renew my license in OCTOBER 2021? I'm worried that CATIA V5 is being no longer supported.
