Hi everyone,

I am facing a critical issue with a section view in a SolidWorks drawing, and my deadline is in less than an hour.

According to drafting standards, standard parts like screws, bolts, and nuts should not be sectioned. However, when I create/edit the Section View, go to the "Section View" dialogue box, and add these components to the "Excluded components" list, the software bugged out.

As soon as I click the green checkmark to confirm, the components are not excluded, and when I reopen the section view properties, the list is completely empty again. SolidWorks simply throws them out of the selection.

What I've tried so far:

• Re-selecting them multiple times.

• Force-rebuilding the drawing (\\\$Ctrl + Q\\\$).

Does anyone have a quick fix or a workaround for this? Any help is highly appreciated!
