I am writing here because I am still blocked and I really need urgent assistance regarding my certification access.

I purchased the Student Engineer Pack, which includes free certification vouchers (specifically for the ENOVIA Design Associate certification). However, I cannot access my vouchers at all.

Every time I try to access the Certification Center, I get the following error:

"The 3DEXPERIENCE ID that you are trying to use to claim the subscription service vouchers has already been linked to a different Certification account for this semester. (-100)"

This issue is critical and urgent for me because I need this certification for my internship. It has been over a week that I am stuck without any progress, and I cannot complete my certification process.

Could a community manager or administrator please help me reset or unlink my 3DEXPERIENCE ID so I can claim my vouchers or do something? My ID :FlorentBouissou , email : bouissou@insa-toulouse.fr
