Hello everyone,
I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Student Edition but am unable to access any of my learning materials and start certification. Every time I attempt to start a certification, I get the following error message:
"content is not accessible to you kindly contact your admin"
Since this is a personal student license, I am my own admin and cannot route this to an IT department.
My Order number is ORD727999272095. Please help me.
