Last Monday I visited one of our acedemic-customers to join and support a workshop about 3DEXPERIENCE.
3 users (1 teacher and 2 powerusers involved in a 3DX-project) experience a strange issue I’ve never seen before:
They are able to download, change and save existing components from the Cloud using the SOLIDWORKS Connector but as soon as they create their own parts/components the “save to cloud” command only is able to copy the regarding component to the local 3DX-cache but all other steps (save-dialogue or save-with options dialogue) that are required to upload the file are cancelled.
It is possible to reproduce that issue with all new parts or assemblies and are unable to identify the root-cause or workaround this issue (that makes me possible to capture a RX report - but wont upload the fil here)
The cloud eligibility check additionally shows the following warning that indicates that TLS 1.2 is inactive but..double checking this in the internet-settings shows, that all options are set correctly (refer to the screenshots below)
Maybe we run into troubles using a specific AntiVirus Software? – so we also disabled the antivirus program (in one case it was AVIRA and in another case is has been McAffee)
