I have the 3dexperience client installed, however whenever I attempt to install Solidworks Connected, it shows this error in the installer:

Failed to get msi version for UpgradeCode [{4121ED58-4BD9-3E7B-A8B5-9F8BAAE045B7}].

Technical details:
MsiGetProductInfo failed:1605
Cannot get version for ProductCode:{BD95A8CD-1D9F-35AD-981A-3E7925026EBB}

I'm at a total loss. Any advice or technical support would be greatly appreciated.
