Unable to find contact support in 3D experience student. It kept direct me to this community

I wasn't able to call to the contact support because the number is from Poland, which every single link is telling me that I don't have the access to summit request or redirecting me to the public community like this. 

First is that I didn't realized I typed my email wrong with 1 letter off for the school email (edu to edi) until much later, and I cannot change that in my profile because it claimed that the verification code is sent, which there is no way the email is being verified. That's the first issue, i want to change my email to the correct school email.
The second issue is that I purchased the cloud license (\\\$60/yr) for solidworks and my account is claimed that I do not have the license, which is another problem with the incorrect email issue. I still have the purchase history from my bank transition.
