Unable to Explore New Communities in 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student Version

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA Student version using my college email ID. However, after the purchase, I am unable to explore or see any communities.

Previously, I had created a 3DEXPERIENCE account using the same college email ID, and in that account, I was able to access communities. But now, after purchasing the software, I suspect that two separate accounts have been created with the same email ID.

Could this be the reason why I can’t access communities now? If so, is it possible to delete the old account and keep only the new one where my software is linked?

Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!
