Hello, I am trying to download Solidworks on my laptop and it believes I already have a new version of it, which from looking, I actually don't. I tried installing it a couple of times before and I was having issues then as well.

When I download the setup file, the “install on this computer” option is greyed out, and it says I have already got a newer version installed on my laptop. That doesn’t make sense since I am trying to download the 2022-2023 version. I have deleted the old files from my control panel, files, and even my registry, but the install on this computer option is not opening back up for me. The only thing I cannot delete is the 3D experience software on my laptop. It says I need permission to delete it despite the fact that I own the computer. I've tried changing my permission setting around but nothing works. 

Please, what should I do?
