I just purchased the student version of 3d experience and after I got the email to enter the website, I went on apps and tried downloading SOLIDWORKS.Then it asked me to download the launcher and instal which I did. The icon even appeared on the system tray but it does not open. There is a cross next to my laptop model on the cloud compatibility test does that mean I cannot download native apps from the launcher? Cause after buying the student version of 3d experience i tried downloading the launcher but it does not open hence i checked the eligibility If this means i cannot download solid work on my desktop then id like a refund cause i cannot buy a new laptop for a software.
